A full Roof Replacement is a major investment, and Alexis homeowners deserve a crew that explains every material option instead of pushing whatever's easiest to install.
We also coordinate Roof Replacement timing around Alexis weather patterns, scheduling tear-off days when the forecast gives us the best chance of staying dry.
Every Roof Replacement includes a pre-project walkthrough so there are no surprises once tear-off actually begins.
Every Roof Replacement crew lead's credentials are verified before your project is scheduled.
Materials staged and crews scheduled to minimize how long your Alexis property sits exposed.
Material and labor costs are broken out separately in every Roof Replacement estimate.
We match material choice to Alexis's climate exposure, not just the lowest bid.
A complete Roof Replacement covers more than swapping shingles — here's what's actually included.
We never install new shingles over compromised decking — it gets fixed first, every time.
Ice and water barrier gets installed at eaves and valleys per current code requirements.
We offer a range of shingle grades so Alexis homeowners can match budget to durability.
For Alexis homeowners considering a longer-lifespan option, we install standing seam and panel metal systems too.
Poor attic ventilation shortens the life of a new roof, so we assess and upgrade it as part of most Roof Replacement jobs.
We protect landscaping and driveways during tear-off and do a full magnetic nail sweep before leaving.
A Roof Replacement project involves more coordination than a repair call, so we keep communication clear at every stage.
A crew lead inspects your Alexis roof in person and measures the full scope of work.
You get a full written estimate covering materials, labor, and disposal before any tear-off is scheduled.
Once approved, the crew completes the Roof Replacement to manufacturer spec and provides full warranty documentation.
Full tear-off and reroof, three days start to finish, and the yard was spotless after.
